What health and safety program does the OHSA require?
Every Ontario employer must have a written health and safety policy reviewed at least annually and a program to implement it, and provide awareness training to all workers and supervisors under O. Reg. 297/13. Beyond that baseline, what else applies — a representative, a joint health and safety committee — scales with your headcount. An inspector asks for the records first, so a program that exists in practice but not on paper is treated as one that does not exist.
What we do
Health and Safety Gap Analysis
A structured review of your current program against what the OHSA and your sector actually require.
COR, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 Certification Support
End-to-end guidance through COR™, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001, from readiness review to audit.
IPAC Support for Dental Practices
Infection prevention and control process, policy and training for dental offices, built against the RCDSO standard.
Safety Program Documentation
The written program — policies, procedures, JHSC records and training matrices — built to survive an inspection.
Incident Management Support
Help through a critical injury, a Ministry order or a WSIB claim — including what has to be reported and when.
Ongoing Safety Support
A retained safety resource — for employers who need the function without hiring for it.
Standards we build to
We prepare employers against these standards. Certification is awarded by the bodies that own them, never by us.
COR™
Infrastructure Health and Safety Association
We build and document the management system, and prepare you for internal and external audit.
ISO 45001
International Organization for Standardization
We build the occupational health and safety management system your certification body audits against.
IPAC
Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
We write the policy, set the reprocessing routines and train your staff ahead of a College inspection.
